01Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, and password.
• Profile & resume data: education, work history, skills, and details you upload or that are extracted from your resume.
• Verification documents: identity or qualification documents you upload so we can verify your credentials.
• Assessment data: your answers, scores, tier progress, rankings, and certificates earned.
• Communications: messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Proctoring & integrity data during assessments -such as tab-switching, paste attempts, and session activity -used to protect the credibility of results.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, and usage logs.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).

Payment information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway PayU. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers. We retain only limited transaction records such as amount, date, status, and a payment reference ID.

02How we use your information

• Create and manage your account and deliver the Platform's features;
• Run assessments, verify credentials, and issue badges and certificates;
• Calculate and display skill scores and rankings;
• Process payments and refunds, and prevent fraud or cheating;
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• Send service-related and, where permitted, promotional communications;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

03Legal basis and consent

We process your personal data based on your consent and as necessary to provide the services you request, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian law. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7), though this may limit your use of the Platform.

04How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:

• Employers / recruiters: verified credentials and profile details you choose to share are made available to recruiters, with your consent, as a core function of the Platform.
• Payment processors: to complete transactions.
• Service providers: hosting, storage, analytics, and communication vendors acting on our instructions under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal & safety: where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

05Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. Certificates and verification records may be retained longer to preserve the integrity of issued credentials.

06Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures -including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure hosting -to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may: access and obtain a copy of your data; correct or update inaccurate data; request deletion (subject to legal retention needs); withdraw consent; nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity; and raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (Section 10). 08Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.

09Children

The Platform is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
