Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how Cluster Certify Recruit Private Limited ("CertifyRecruit", "we", "us") handles cancellations and refunds for purchases made on the Platform. Please read this carefully before making any purchase. By completing a transaction on our Platform you agree to this policy.

Quick summary: Most digital purchases (coins, assessment unlocks) are non-refundable once consumed or used to start an attempt. We do offer refunds for genuine technical failures and duplicate charges. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

01Scope of this policy

This policy applies to all paid transactions on the CertifyRecruit platform, including:

  • Coin pack purchases;
  • Assessment tier unlock purchases;
  • Premium membership or subscription plans (if and when available).

02No-refund items

The following are non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the digital benefit has been delivered or consumed:

  • Coin packs that have been credited to your account and fully or partially spent;
  • Assessment attempts that have been started (i.e., the assessment window was opened);
  • Any tier unlock where the assessment has been initiated or completed;
  • Partial use of a coin bundle.

Because our products are digital goods that are delivered instantly, consumer-protection right-of-withdrawal periods for physical goods do not apply.

03Eligible refund situations

We will process a full refund in the following situations:

Technical failure
Payment was deducted but coins or the unlock were never credited to your account due to a verified platform error.
Duplicate charge
Your payment method was charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway or platform error.
Unused subscription
A subscription plan cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before any premium feature has been used.
Fraud / unauthorised transaction
A charge you did not authorise, subject to verification and any required action from your bank.

04How to request a refund

To raise a refund request:

  1. Contact us at support@certifyrecruit.com or via the Contact Us page.
  2. Include your registered email address, the transaction date, order/reference ID, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Raise requests within 7 days. Refund requests received more than 7 days after the transaction date may not be accepted.

05Cancellations

Because purchases take effect immediately upon confirmation, you cannot cancel an order once the payment has been processed and the digital benefit delivered. If you believe you made an accidental purchase, contact us immediately -we will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis within the constraints of this policy.

06Disputed transactions

If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Please reach out to us first -most issues can be resolved quickly without a dispute.
